Our mission

Profluence is an international skill development company that works directly with the potential candidates to train them and be ready for international clients. We focus on helping the potential candidates in India to adapt to the required skills both technical and non-technical and help them to bid for the increasing need and demand from Europe.

Our role is to bring credibility to the process of identifying potential resources who could be groomed to become the best resource from India both in adapting to the new environment and also identifying the gaps that they might have in managing their growth as skilled resources.

Why PROFLUENCE?

Coming from India, the diverse back grounds with multiple languages and social customs, it may be important to first accept the reality on the ground. We not only advise overseas clients looking at India in taking the right decisions but also improve their overall approach with our interventions on the ground especially with the candidates. We work directly with the technical institutes which train candidates and also make it important to anticipate the problems of working in India. Our approach is transparent and creates a bridge of communication with the candidates.

  • SCREENING

    Profluence screens prospective candidates based on job profile and adept at independent assignments to screen candidates especially for large volume projects. Has the ability to come up with a process that suits the budget and also the time within which screening needs to be completed. Provides video evidence of the short listed candidates based on set parameters of the screening.

  • SKILL GAP ASSESSMENT

    Profluence can conduct a thorough assessment post screening to identify skill gaps and improvements. A preliminary engagement online and a secondary discussion face to face will be required to make the skill gap assessment. This is mainly taken up on behalf of the overseas recruitment agency.

  • TRAINING

    Profluence provides specific trainings that may be required by the candidates on soft skills, orientation to work environment both technical and non technical based on set parameters by the Employer. Training modules and costs to be developed based on specific needs both for high volume projects or for individual requirements.

  • SUPPORT TO ADAPT NEW ROLE

    Profluence provides a curated support to individual to adapt a new role with a company in India or abroad. A preliminary introduction and induction is carried out once the candidate is finalised to familiarise with the expected work culture, working patterns, expected level of communication and orientation towards living standards and related good habits.
